Lord of the Rings Online – recording with ShadowPlay
So, here’s a test of ShadowPlay, by NVidia. Pretty amazing.
Screenshot of the video I took:
And, a link to the ORIGINAL MP4 (~1.5G) file as captured:
And, a link to the WMV file (~200M), processed in Adobe Premiere 5.5:
VA Beach Camping trip
We spent 9 days at a large campground near VA Beach. Here’s a shot of the ALiner.
Mia’s spot.
Liam played with the ladies. 🙂
…and had fun in the ocean.
Mia did her cute thing…

Big Meadows Campground – July ’13
Here’s a shot of our campsite at Big Meadows. Really nice, shaded, right on the ridgeline, about 30 feet from the Appalachian Trail itself.
This was about 1/3rd of a mile from our campsite. Great overlook.
Dad, Karen, myself did the hike down to Lewis Falls, parts of it were pretty intense.
Liam made a good buddy – Austin.
Lots of deer, they’re very used to people and you could get quite close.

Turner Mtn and PEC on the MX
Was clouded out so decided to take a look at PEC on the MX with the great program by Ray Gralak, PemPRO. Haven’t run it in 3 years, but I think I did everything correctly. Here’s a first run showing the uncorrected curve:
And the analyze tab:
Here’s a couple shots setting up on Turner Mountain. Great spot!
